Tension never seems to be far at Real Madrid.
Just a day after it appeared that Gareth Bale and Cristiano Ronaldo had cleared the air over Jonathan Barnett’s ‘foot-in-mouth’ interview, it appeared that it still wasn’t quite happy families at training today.
It was reported that Bale apologized to Ronaldo for his agent’s clumsy , and that Ronaldo accepted the apology, insisting he had no beef with Bale.
But looking at training today it seemed there was still a bit of lingering tension between them, as they avoided eye contact for the entire session.
