Cesc Fabregas broke Spain's asssist record during win over Luxembourg (Individual Highlights)
Chelsea and Cesc Fabregas are not having a fantastic season, the Spanish midfielder have been criticized for his poor showing as fans pick him out to be lazy during matches.
But last night during the Euro 2016 qualifying match, the former Arsenal midfielder broke a Spanish record as he took to facebook after the match to celebrate his new feat.
Fabregas is now the player with the most assists for Spain ever.
Taking over from Xavi, apparently, after setting up Paco Alcacer for Spain's second goal of the night.
Cesc Fabregas has now recorded more assists than anybody in the Spanish national team's history. Over the likes of Iniesta and Xavi. #cfc— ChelseaTalk (@CheIseaTalk) October 9, 2015
Well, there is no official announcement from neither Spain nor Chelsea backing this. But who cares when the player himself boasted about it on facebook.
