Manchester kicked off their pre-season with a victory, with a 1-0 win over Mexican side Clu America in the international Champions Cup.

The only goal of the match came after 5 minutes, as new summer signing Morgan Schneiderlin connected with Juan Mata's cross.

Memphis Depay and Matteo Darmian also played the first half of the match, while Bastian Schweinsteiger came on in the second half for his Manchester United debut.
