It was a bit of a diabolical weekend in the Premier League, with the trio of Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester United losing games one would have tipped them to win easily, and Tottenham also failed to beat Wolves, who hadn't picked up a point until the weekend.

There's so much to unpack, but what better way to start than from the fall of the champions? The Reds failed to win for the first time this season as they conceded a late goal against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park.

It was always going to come home to roost for Liverpool someday, with them having to rely on late goals to win games. Credit to Palace, they didn't stop trying, and watching Liverpool bleed from their own thrust exemplifies why we love football.

To the G-Tech Community Stadium, where Manchester United lost again. Ruben Amorim has now lost more than half of the games he has managed at Manchester United. Is it time for the management to review his employment?

Football isn't as hard as Manchester United players make it seem, and with yet another loss on the cards, United continues to flirt with the lower part of the log, and it's becoming the norm for them. With no European football for them, what is their ask from this season?

Chelsea's loss to Brighton was not unprecedented; the Blues typically struggle against the Seagulls, but at what point does Enzo Maresca begin to address the indiscipline in his squad? What manner of red card was that from Nathan Chalobah?

Chelsea is sliding away from the title conversations; you can say it's early days, but you don't want to hand your opponents the head start like they're doing. With Champions League football, Chelsea have enough distractions; they need to get a grip soon.

To the mentality monsters, Arsenal… The Gunners showed why they're title contenders at Newcastle. A lot went against the Gunners, from referee decisions to Nick Pope's brilliance, but Arsenal kept going, and they got their win in the end.

Creativity is what would take Arsenal to the top this season, and with Martin Odegaard and Ebere Eze pulling the strings, you must dread the Gunners; they will trouble teams, and if that doesn't make them favourites, you have to be kidding.
