It’s no longer rosy at Tottenham Hotspur, and the pressure is already telling on the manager as well as the players, with unpleasant words flying around in interviews.

Spurs crashed out of the Champions League in midweek after playing out a goalless draw at home to AC Milan to lose 1-0 on aggregate.

That followed a 1-0 loss away at Wolves last weekend, with Adama Traore scoring late to hand the hosts a needed win.

Is it crumbling for Antonio Conte and Tottenham?

Nottingham Forest fought back twice to earn a point at home against fellow strugglers Everton, but you look at Steve Cooper’s side and wonder if they have enough gas to see out this campaign without sliding down to the lower tier.

Give it to Forest; they have indeed held their own, and no matter what happens in North London on Saturday, they still won’t be in the red zone yet.

But if you ask them, they don’t ever want to be drawn into the last three.

They need points from a game like this to achieve such a feat.

If two surrounding teams pick maximum points and Forest loses, pressure would set in.

Especially with Newcastle visiting the City Ground next before they play Wolves.

So it’s important to start taking things firmly and also stay awake at the back.

Tottenham could be out of the top four by the time they kick off here.

Liverpool could be fourth before Spurs get to play the Kop away at Bournemouth earlier in the day on Saturday.

And with a game in hand advantage, pressure is on Conte and his men.

How will Nottingham Forest line up?

Based on his current form, Brennan Johnson is the third-best forward in the league, only behind City’s Erling Haaland and player of the month Marcus Rashford.

The Welshman is proving his worth, and Tottenham must be wary of him.

Harry Kane will come in handy for the hosts here.

Richarlison isn’t in the good books of the manager following his outburst, and you wonder if he would be selected at all.

Heung Min Son is struggling this season; expect a start for Dejan Kulusevski.

Tottenham remains the clear favorite to win this game, but can they be complacent?

Can they take things for granted against a team that doesn’t have much to lose away from home?

If Spurs want to be in the top four, they must be winning this comfortably.

Verdict: Straight win Spurs
