Real Madrid will battle Chelsea in the semi-final of the Champions League after holding Liverpool to a goalless draw at Anfield.
The Spanish giants arrived at Anfield with a 3-1 advantage from the first leg and even as they didn't seem troubled going through Liverpool only have themselves to blame for been wasteful in front of goal in the first half.
Mohammed Salah could have done better with his chance rather than shooting straight at Thibaut Courtois.
The former Chelsea goalkeeper was in fine form saving well from James Milner in the early stages of the game, Milner also blasted over when he should have found the target while Georginio Wijnaldum was wasteful as well.
Karim Benzema's shot was deflected on to the post, which was Real's best chance of the game.
In the second half, Roberto Firmino's shot was blocked by Courtois.
Real Madrid put on some fine defensive display and fatigue set in as Liverpool lacked ideas as the game got to the latter stages of the match.
Zinedine's Zidane's men will face another Premier League side in Thomas Tuchel's Chelsea.
