Chelsea youngster Lewis Baker continues fine form with England U19 brace vs Scotland [video]

Lewis Baker continues his fine form last night for the England U-19s as he grabbed a brace to turn a 1-0 deficit into a 2-1 win over Scotland.

The Chelsea youngster have been in great form leading the Chelsea youth team  to the U21 League title in England.

He scored a great goal at Old Trafford against Manchester united in the Play-offs.
