Roma star Mohamed Salah’s proposed move to Liverpool has been deemed a ‘done deal’ in the eyes of Italian journalists Gianluca Di Marzio and Fabrizio Romano.
Various outlets have been reporting that the Egyptian winger is in England today to undergo a medical with the Reds as it seems the two clubs have finally agreed a fee and personal terms – and Di Marzio is 100% confident the deal has been done, as is Romano who works for Sky Sports and The Guardian.
The move has been in the headlines for the past few weeks, and Liverpool fans had been fearful recently that history could repeat itself after the Virgil van Dijk debacle.

It looks like the Salah deal won’t be hitting any Van Dijk-esque snags, and official confirmation will likely arrive in the coming days.
The 25-year-old had an outstanding season in Serie A in 2016/ 17, scoring 15 goals and notching 11 assists to help his stock soar after a disappointing couple of seasons at Chelsea.

Liverpool fans have already been quick to imagine the potential successes he could bring to the club with he and Sadio Mane on opposite wings.
Mane was the Reds’ standout performer last season following a big money move from Southampton, and should Salah put in a similar sort of debut campaign next term, Liverpool could really be about to compete.
